Outside of being an award winning vocalist & music producer, Autumn LaBella graduated with summa cum laude honors from Old Dominion University in 2015 with a B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation & Exercise Science. After graduating, she pursued & acquired her board license as a Certified Recreation Therapist (CTRS).

Autumn LaBella clinically serves private clients, community rehabilitation centers, youth camps and schools, nursing homes, memory care centers, hospice agencies, and acute care rehabilitation centers throughout the DC Metropolitan Area, Baltimore County, & Hampton Roads Areas. Extensive experience in assessing, designing, implementing, and evaluating recreation based treatment programs continues to shape her personalized approaches to event curation, recovery, and reinvention.

LaBella has been certified in tai chi for health & rehabilitation, tai chi for energy, and 5 elemental qigong under Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute since February of 2019. This practice creates stronger, and more peaceful communities by increasing physical activity, improving self-awareness, and improving overall health by promoting vitality and relaxation. Her sessions are designed to help cultivate inner peace, improve balance, and enhance overall well-being.
Sessions focus on mindfulness while exercising breath control, muscular strength, and flexibility during meditative movement; this leads to a heightened sense of relaxation and agility.
